Firstly the disclaimer. My wife Marla makes pen blanks for a number of companies and the pen kit came from one and the blank from her.

Marla wanted to see what a PSI Raw pen would be like to write with and as usual lately she handed the kit and cast blank to me and said "Turn this for me. I haven't got time." So I obediently did. The pen is aluminium so doesn't weigh much and is a little unbalanced when posted. Nicer to write with without the cap off.

Pete

I understand Mark. The one thing the kit has going for it is that it uses the same bushings as the Majestic Squire so lots of room for casting. I think it would be good for segmented blanks too since they won't be so thin when done.

I for one love the raw kits. It seems most here love big gaudy pens, with ostentatious patterns cast in etc... I'm quite the opposite. I love simplicity and think this blank fits beautifully.

Well done.
