Here's my latest attempt.... imitation Ivory or bone. I used 3M fiberglass resin and white dye. It came out a off color white that's real close to ivory. It was a bear to turn! The resin was extremely hard and wanted to chip out if you took off too much at a time. For the time and effort, I might just stick with Alumilite. 3M resin might be cheaper than Alumilite but a bitch to work with!
