A recent commission I am finishing up. This is by far the most complex pen I've made. It's made from transparent purple acrylic, Conway Stewart "azure" acrylic, and has a hand made nickel silver clip. The nib is a ridiculously expensive Pelikan M1000 nib that was supplied by the customer. The pen also uses a piston fill mechanism, which is a first for me on a faceted pen.

John, that pen is exceptionally beautiful !!!!! . Looks like 10 facets .... right ?

VERY well done, and a pen to be VERY proud of, both for you the maker, and for the owner !!!

The craftsmanship on that is just brilliant - congrats.

How much polishing do you have to do on the inside of the barrels on something like that?

Thank you! It's nine facets actually

Thanks! The insides take a reasonable amount of sanding and polishing to clean up properly.
