Texas homebrew cigar. Not fully happy with my casting, but it is a start.

I'm not sure I understand your question Ed. The whole thing is just printed off my computer and cast in clear resin. Just like the other Ed YoYoSpin did. I stole the idea as well as the flag from him.

Nice concept. Coach, the star looks just a hair too big for the pen. If you build another one, you might reduce its size just a little?? It there another star on the "other" side of the pen??

Great Job.. I think flag pens would be big sellers
But how the heck would you do these 3 neighboring states
Virginia

West Virginia

Pennsylvania

Maryland does not look like a problem and would probably make a very pretty pen, especially in a RB or FB

Tom,
You could crop the VA and PA flags to be closer to the actual image, and do a closed-end Baron/Jr. Gent with the logo at the end. The VA and WV flags would lend themselves especially well to that approach.

Hmmmm...that gives me an idea; custom cabichons and/or end caps on some pens!

Oh yeah...whole reason I scrolled down in the first place...
NICE JOB COACH!!!

Only one star on the pen. (The Lonestar State)[:D]
I might toy around with the size. Thanks for the advice.

coach, nice job!! {Speaking from the Lone Star State} One question concerns the white on the flag, as it looks a little light. Is that the photo, or they way the casting came out? Just curious.
