any info on this piece?

The pen is designed to be filled with ink using an eye dropper by either removing the feeder or by removing the threaded cap on the far end of the main barrel which is the preferred approach. It is currently filled with water while checking for leaks before filling with ink.

It uses four different thread sizes with four start threads at the cap.

The front section in integral to the main barrel and uses the feeder and nib from a Jr. Gent.

The clear material is extruded acrylic vs a cast material. It is very difficult to work with a melting point of about 180 degrees.

The black material is Delrin.

The clip is from a Wall Street II I believe.

Hope that helps.

Very cool! How's it holding up, seal-wise? When you screw the cap down, is there an issue with hydraulic pressure pushing the liquid out the tip?

Nice work on the threads, I've yet to work up the gumption to tackle those. Looks like you've got them about nailed! :)
