I bought a few of these kits to try and I must say I really like them! I enjoy the finial twist over the sierra types. The first is a rhodium kit on one of my latest blanks. I'm upset with myself bc I only made 2 of these and I didn't write down how I did them bc I REALLY like them! (I was just messin around with a lil extra resin from another pour). I think this will be my daily pen for a while. The 2nd is a chrome kit and I used a peice of burl cutoff I bought from Nolan a while back. I must say I ended up with more usable wood for pens than casting! (score! :biggrin. Not sure of the type of burl but it sure is nice. CA finish and both pens MM to 12000 and polished with PlastX. Thanks for looking and for any comments!

It's called the "Executive" on PSI.

Cool Pens, and Blanks. I like the Executive Kits, I carried one for almost a year before trading up to a roller ball.

The more I look at it it looks like spilled ink running down the body of the pen.

I like the Executive Kits, I'm glad the finally brought out a Satin and also a Gun metal kit one, Yours look great, are the Platnium is beautiful and the blue and white is sooooo pretty. I still have a couple of 24kt gold to get rid of.

The Gatsbys on PSI look just like the Sierras, but twist from the finial. I prefer that style as well.

Cool! You can point to someone and say "OMG! Your pen is LEAKING!!" and
watch them freak out.
Make sure you say the letters "OMG!" for effect.

I like the look. Like the color transition.

If it were a fountain pen it'd have an even better effect! :tongue:
as far as the pen itself goes...you might have to pay off our PITH officianado to pair us up...or just make a trade for the 1 remaining blank

This is my guess as well, but I'm not 100%. It's the first of this type of burl I've seen up close in person.
