With this one I used four colours of Acrylic cut at 45/deg Im am playing around with different angles/colours Iam trying to get a sunset affect the blue is sea the rest is sunset/sky.the colours were ok before I turned it. Needs a bit more playing I think. It Will be on the back burner for now.

I like it too! Very nice work!

John, just a thought: How about if you made it the other way around? Put the blue (ocean) on the lower barrel, and the sunset on the upper? That way when you hold it to write with it you would be seeing the "picture."

I like the idea.

I also agree with Eileen in trying to switch around the sunset to the cap rather than the lower.

A second item is that as I think about most of the sunset photos I have seen the sunset portion is about two thirds of the photo with the water portion being one third to two fifths of the photo as an overall balance to the picture. Just an observation....
