European Style Pen

This is ash (I believe). I really liked the figure as I was cutting some wood for blanks. I originally intended to give it to a good friend but this one ended up in my pocked to the time being. That is, until something prettier shows up on my lathe.

Nice work. I am still having trouble with the top parts, I always get the taper too extreme, and it looks like a pear. Is that black Ti, or satin, hard to tell from pic. Looks like BlkTi. Nice pen.

But it blends to much with your table. Needs to be a neutral background so we can see the pen better.

Matt that is a lovely pen, I agree with the background being too similar to the pen.

That is a beautiful pen!![^] The background,IMHO, needs to be darker.

This is one of my favorite pens, good job. However you need to turn off the stealth mode. Wood pen on a wood background. A US Army ranger couldn't have blended in better with the background.
