Made this from a Eucalytpus blank... I hope I spelled that right. I have not turned any of this but I think it turned out pretty good.....gold Cigar for your veiwing

Yep, the spelling is correct, the only problem is, there are over 1,000 Eucalyptus species out there, which one is it...???

Not that, the name would change anything, I find the grain quite interesting and not something that I'm familiar with however a pleasant pen to see on one of my preferred pen kits, well done...!

Nice finish. You're doing better than me to even know anything about the wood. I once ordered a bunch of blanks from someone named tallships on ebay and each piece has a sticker on it. I'm famous for pulling off the stickers to make the pen and by the time I finish I forget what the sticker said...lol.

Has a mahogany look to it, to me anyhow. Turned out well. Nice job!
