RT you have to call them, they are not set up to do business over the net. They are a pretty large commercial Company and I kind of think that they do us a favor in selling us the starter kit as most of us will never have to order again. Before anyone says anything in responce, just think about how long a quart will last one of us. I do a lot of pens and use it almost exclusively and have not put a dent in mine in the 3 or 4 months that I have been using it. So give them a call and ask for the Wat-R-Base Poly, its twenty five bucks for the whole kit. IMHO
