Ok here we go. I fixed the clip on this profession pen.
A ring terminal, an alligator clamp and some heat shrinkfor the clip.
wood covered with heat shrink for the body and ground wire for the CB. (is this better?)

Very cool! How did you make the Cb? What kit is that? How did you manage to get the heatshrink tubing to form fit the wood so well (no lumps or bumps), did you do anything to the tubing after you got it on the pen? I love the clip, it gives a utilitarian look to the pen, very cool...

the kit is a satin nickel slimline. the heat shrink was pretty easy acually my firt time ever using it. the key is to get the heat shrink about the same size as the wood and sand the wood really smooth. The cb is ground wire just bent over. Takes lot of pracitce
