I have said this before, Ebonite is just one of those materials that belongs on a highend kit and once again you proved that. Job well done.

The more and more I see this stuff the more I want to give it a try. You guys are pushing me to the edge.

Question for you. is this just get polished like any other acrylic or does it need some sort of top coat. Will it come to a high shine. I work in the electrical field and have seen, used and polished bakelite insulators for high voltage lines. I am not sure if this is the same material but I do know that polishes to a brilliant shine.

I just ran it through the Beall system of Tripoli, White Diamond and Carnuauba Wax.
