EB Filigree

A while back I got some of those PSI filigree sets to dress up Slimlines, never liked them as they seemed to have sharp edged around the cutouts .
Had an Idea to use them a bit differently ,the first is an EB with a brass tube and a chrome filigree, after it was done wished I had painted the tube black . Looks better in real life than my picture though.

Today I did one with a red painted tube and a gold filigree on a Rodium and gold Ti . These are clear cast and turned and polished as normal .

Very Cool Idea, Did you have to trim them to size, or did you make the tubes to fit them.

Max, the filigrees are slightly longer than the EB tubes so needed to be trimmed slightly to length. The tube lengths are pretty critical in the EBs to work properly . Cheers ~ John

Very cool. I don't generally like the filigree overlays on pens, but this combo looks reallly nice.
