This is my first picture and first Sierra. The blank was from Eagle and the kit is a Black Titanium and Gold Sierra.

Interesting, that was my reaction too, Skye. Until I picked up a pen on my desk. It was equally comfortable with clip on thumb or clip on "pointer finger".

Is there really a "preferred" way to write???

Unless your a leftie, I'd swing that clip around 180 degrees.
Depends on whether you want to look at it yourself or if you want to make sure other people see it as you're using it.[:D]

Very nice pen!

I've always used pens with the clip being centered in the open part of the grasp. If that's the case, on a righty, the logo would face the knuckle of the thumb and the clip would be ontop of that. Considering the fact you're almost covering the whole pen with your hand, it may not really matter.

Unfortunatly, other people cant see you using a Sierra because the entire blank in in your grasp and the only visible part of the blank is the part the person writing can see.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. As a matter of fact I am a southpaw, but didn't put the clip on that way on purpose.
