While I was with Brooks803 (Jonathon) the other day we worked on stabilizing some FOG wood that I found in a soggy spot below our barn. I actually picked it out as a possibility to use in last months PITH. It is spalted maple and we double dyed it with pink and purple. As soon as my wife saw the finished pen it got hijacked so I had to work on something else for the PITH. I thought it finished up great on a gold and gun metal cigar. Let me know your thoughts.

Mike, nicely done! The fun part is in the turning to see how the dye took to the wood. Thanks for showing it.
