Dyed Segment PSI Pen

This is dyed with sugarcraft gel foodcoloring, the white didn't turn out very good. It was very hard to get a good finish--not really as bad as the picture shows, but still not very good, used CA first and then CA/BLO. The first time I used CA/BLO for the first coat (not a good idea) and the BLO made the dye run (come off) I'll keep trying until I get a decent one.

Looks pretty good to me. I bought some food coloring to try dyeing some curly maple I have. I haven't gotten around to it yet but hopefully soon.
