Duckie Pen

My Daughter is crazy about rubber duckies. I posted a thread looking for a custom blank with a rubber duckie. Jeff Powell said that he was up to the test. Here is the first pen I completed from the 5 blanks he did. The pen kit is a Leroy TI/Gold from Smittyspenworks. I tried to get a close up of the duckie. Jeff, How did I do? What do you'all think?

That looks pretty good from here. Definitely can tell it's a rubber duck. On your next one, try adding the eye, that will make it stand out even better. Just spin the pen 95% done, drill a tiny shallow hole, rub some black powder into the hole and 1 drop of thin CA over the top, spray a shot of accel, wait 2 minutes, finish spinning.
