I seriously hesitated to post this photo of a concept pen I made for a friend. He is a serious drummer so I made a pen out of a drum stick for him. I wanted to use a real drum stick to get the painted on logo of the drum stick manufacturer. I used parts from a Baron kit with the brass tube and components. I was a bit close drilling out the drum stick and because the logo was at the end of the drum stick, I had to do a bit of sanding after the components were installed to get it to match the diameter of the cap. Far from perfect, but it makes a unique pen for drummers
