Thanks for the pictures! I'd never seen a hairy oak before! Kind of ironic, they just opened a Korean resaurant around the corner from my office whose name is pronounced something like "wooley oak", and I had mentioned to a friend that I had never seen a "wooley oak" before; guess I have now!

I love the figure in that wood. Wonder if it is like some of the other oaks to turn? chippy ... .large pores ect.
