Dogwood Cross

The wood for this pen came from the result of pruning a NC Pink Dogwood Tree (A pretty good size limb.) from a Privite Christian School.(My Dad is the lawn maintenance personnel there.) The finish turned out really great. I use Deft high gloss.(this wood pollishes up very nicely.)Darn camera.

Cross clip pens made from Bethlehem olive or dogwood are consistently popular. You might want to look up the legend of the dogwood and print it out on a card to be given with each pen.
