A white circuit board on a Gold Ti Sierra. It's a little scary turning down to the size of a Sierra on the Circuit Board, but I like the size better. I also wasn't sure what to do with this all gold sierra as I wasn't really a fan, but I like it with this white circuit board.

The second is a Manzanita Burl with some of my home casting. Brought up to a nice shine with CA.

Thanks for looking. Comments always appreciated may they be good or constructive!

Eric, Both pens look awesome! That took nerve to turn that circuit board blank to the smaller diameter pen. I had wanted to try it but just didn't think it could be done...until now! The Manzanita Burl looks fabulous and the finish is like glass. Thanks for showing! Regards, Doc

Thank you! The first time I tried the circuit board with the smaller diameter was because I chunked one out, and thought I would give it a shot. You definitely have to be very careful and have a steady hand.

Being a computer enthusiast from the 80's and and IT professional today, I like all the circuit board designs. This white one is exceptional and really stands out!

Eric,
Think I could write a Hymn about your two Pens. I Stand All Amazed and really impressed the white circuit board took guts and determination for a very worthy result.

Just when I thought I had seen exception up popped your wooden creation. What a daring shape, it succeeds and I fairly nearly fell into the pen it was so schmick. Best finish ever then as you invited me I delved into your site and behold more of the same quality over and over again so no two flukes.

Always difficult seeing more than one pen together on the one post but here they aim in totally different directions. So having been there both places separately I thank you for them.
Would like to know the maker of each one the blanks ie the turner deserves equal billing so if you cast and made you deserve the highest recommendation.

Kind regards Peter.

Thanks! Quite the poetry there. I stumbled across the white circuit board blank at a recent woodcraft sale. For the the cigar, this is some Manzanita I picked up from Adolph then cast it myself.

Thanks for the circuit board tip. I turned one tonight, then showed my wife. She said it didn't look right (chrome kit). I reluctantly agreed with her. So instead of ordering a new gold kit, I turned it down and put it on a black & gold regular sierra kit. I do think it looks better than the chrome & black I bought. I never would have thought to try this without seeing this post earlier today.
