Me and my dad worked this one out. Side note: Thick CA bonds in like 1 1/2 seconds to this type of material and the dice will shatter before the CA lets go.

The trick is in getting all of them as close to centered as you can. We drilled them out one at a time and glued them to the tube. The cap die is only drilled partway down. It opens on 3/4 turn and is lined up open AND closed! Next time I'd glue the stacks before drilling as long as my press wasn't prone to drifting.
