I am a member of the Honor Guard at a Veterans Cemetery and recently
We had a local gun shop go over our M1's,the clean and tune thing.
Well when we arrived to pick up the rifles (which were done over a weekend
to fit the Funeral schedule) we were told " NO CHARGE".
The the other members of the all volunteer firing party asked if I might make a desk pen to show our appreciation.

Jjartwood,

As a former Burial and Escort Officer, thank you for what you do - and I'm not just talking about the pen.

sounds like everyone has the right spirit...those that died defending us, those that show their love and support to the families, and those that take care of the equipment....winners all around
