So I had A request for a South Carolina/golf themed him. I remembered I had a piece of black and red diagonal stripe Diamond and Wood left from an earlier project. I also had some golf themed pin clips. I thought the clips were for a standard slimline or comfort style pen, however, it turns out they were for a designer style pen. I discovered this problem after finish was applied and buffed out and all my remaining wood was used. So this is the result.

Nice save, looks pretty darn good to me.

Thank you [emoji2]

Nice pen with the clip and the wood. Where did you get the wood? DIY?

Thanks! It is called dymondwood. I think the place where it was made is no longer making it.
The Dymondwood factory burned down several years ago. Some places may still have some in stock, but I think it's hard to come by.

There is a product called Spectraply which is similar. I'm fairly sure Woodcraft carries it, though you can probably get it other places as well.
