Decal sets for our Barista's

Ok, we have these two Barista's at Starbucks and one is transferring to another store. So for X-mas, and his transfer, I had three sets of slim pro gel pen and pencil sets that I lost sales on about 1 1/2 years ago. So I figured that these would be ideal for a trial run on decals.
So guys and gals, tell me what you think and how I did. Sorry for the poor quality pics but I'm still trying to get my picture taking straightened out.

The pens look good, but as you already mentioned the pics need improvement to see the quality of finish.
