Daughter's pen

My step-daughter felt left out because her mom was getting a bunch of new pens and she wasn't. So I had her pick out a blank and a kit and had her tell me what shape she wanted. Here's what we came up with......

From now on I will remember to make her a pen now and then (because 15 year old girls can get mean!)

That is bocote. That and redheart are my current two favorites[]

Re: your favorites...those can change fast as you encounter other species. Bocote is really nice and one of my favorites too.
