Thats a really nice blank, picked one up at woodcraft saturday. Turned it on a sierra, and couldn't get the swirl marks out of it no matter how much I MMed and buffed. Oh well, it looks good indoors. Yours is great however!

Looks like good, clean work. Dark blanks are hard to photograph. Try soft, diffused light to minimize glare, then over expose a bit to bring out more detail in the dark areas.
