It's been a while since I've seen a thread like this so here goes, and hopefully this is the correct forum.

These two pens have been my daily writers for a few days now. The blue pen is a self-cast PR on a chrome Jr. Gent. The blank was the runt of the family when I tried doing some worthless wood casting, and wound up having a spec of wood about the size of this smilie: It has a fine point Heritance nib, and is inked with Noodler's Baystate Blue. I'm very happy with how this pen turned out, even though my fingers turn blue sometimes when re-inking it. Sanded up to 600, then polished with the red, white and blue Dr. Kirk's waxes, then some Hut plastic polish for good measure. The blank itself has macro pearl as well as fine silver glitter in it. It has amazing depth.
The rollerball was one of the first capped pens I turned. It's on rhodium hardware, and is clothed in buckeye burl finished with CA. The CA was sanded up to 12,000 then was hit with some plastic polish.
