The zebra pens are the best click pens around and what much of the military uses day to day. So when I found a few around my house I decided to customize a few to see how they came out. I like them, shall see how they are received at work tomorrow.

After I took the pic of the red one, I did remove the steel tube and sand the whole thing down with 400 to remove the logo. They look much better without it

What bit did you use to drill the blanks? Then did you use bushings to know what to turn the blanks down to? I have a Lt Col I work with and have had one of his Zebra pens for 6 months because he wants me to turn him something like you have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
