Finished it this A.M. It's an orange ebonite fountain pen with a #6 medium point gilded Bock nib. I couldn't decide whether to go ahead and make an orange section as I usually use the same color of body and cap for the section. Thought I'd try it with a black section this time. Finishing up an orange section on lathe as I'm not sure about the black:rolleyes:. Anyway, thanks for looking. Hope you like it.
Doc:)

Doc, the pen is excellent! I would not change the section, personally. I like the black section - has a classic look to it.

Doc, I wanted to hold off on making a comment, just to see how many would agree with me. So far, we agree to keep the black section. You made the right choice is what I'm saying. I really like the taper on this pen. It looks like a classic. Great work!
