I have been refining my process with the help and advice from a few friends on resin casting custom logos. I started with Alumilite with limited success as I would get a few hazy spots here and there. I decided to reserve the Alumilite to color block pours and get some PR for logos. Here are two examples of some Post-Christmas Christmas gifts. One is an NC State Custom logo and the other is a Cubs World Series Champions Custom Logo pen.
The silver labels I picked up off of Amazon. They are a bit thick but they were the only metallic silver labels I could find. Not aware that Avery makes any. Still a work in progress but glad I am starting to have more successes than failures!
