Those are great. I wrapped one in buffalo leather but yours look much nicer and I love how you treated the seam. Did you have any problem getting the leather the correct thickness.

For the thickness, it is the last step on which we must work to have a good thickness according to the model of pens. I prefer to have a thick leather than fine. For thick leather, sandpaper is used. When it's too thin as the lizard we look for a thick enough paper or cardboard

Nice looking pens. I am curious about the finishing. I assume the hides are tanned but is anything else done to the blank after attaching to the tube?
