I've shown the middle one before but thought I would take the concept up a notch. A friend (Matt Pashby) did the Viet Nam pen in wood for his dad a while back and I did a couple in acrylic (on the CSUSA Manhattan pen) last year.

I displayed them at a show or 2. Noticed a guy staring at one. Me- "Did you serve?" Him - "Yes - you?" Me - "Army, Corps of Engineers. But didn't make it to 'Nam". So the conversation was like that.

Anyhow, he didn't have money, but he ended up with a pen.

So I figured a couple other ribbons might be worth a try. The one on the bottom is for Iraq. The top one is Afghanistan.

Apology for the crappy cell phone pic. First show this year is Sat.

Rookie question I suppose, but are these pens segmented or poured? I assume segmented. They look great!

I made an attempt at pouring a "buckeye helmet" with horizontal lines. It's very hard to get those sections even and I couldn't do it to my satisfaction.
