No not Cav and Ed:D[}:)];). Python and prairie rattlesnake in Jr. Gent Rollerballs. Python in rhodium and rattlesnake in black titainum. I've cast many rattlesnake but this was the first python and what a PITA.
1st. the skins were 3-4 times thicker than rattlesnake making it much harder to wrap the tubes and hide the seam.
2nd. for some unknow reason what ever was used for tanning rejected CA and could not glue the skin to the tubes untill I used 5 min. epoxy.
It was cold in my shop (50 degrees) when I cast both of these this week and maybe that had something to do with the stiffness of the skins but the rattlesnake as usual no problems.
All that being said I did like the smaller pattern on these skins and the final result.

All comments appreciated......

Normally I wouldn't have but the seam is now hidden 95% and the diamond wraps around the from right to left 3/4 around. Bubbles? bubbles? We don't have no stinking bubbles!.
