A couple of recent pens

These are now sold and I have orders for more. I have really gotten to enjoy using Australian Blue Gum Here in N.Z. it grows really fast and is a prime source of firewood, prized for its heat output. I think its a vastly under utilized hardwood and would make fine furniture, much like Tasmanian Blackwood.

Anywhos, 'nuff about that ,heres the finished articles.
The first 2 are Blue gum ,followed by Kwila and Rimu, and lastly a couple more in Bluegum. Sorry about the less than stellar photos, I really need to update my camera gear.

Thanks for the feedback guys ...most appreciated. I am currently doing a couple of acrylic pens just for something a little different. Will post the results later.
