If you hadn't said they were plywood I would have thought you spent
a lot of time cutting and gluing!

I'm about to attempt 2 capped pens from plywood.

What kind of glue did you use to glue up the blanks?
Did you use the same glue to glue in the tubes?
Did you have any problems with the plywood coming apart while turning?
What kind of finish did you use? I'm guessing CA.
How does the finished pen feel?

Thanks in advance for your input ... you could save me a ton of time experimenting.

hey tex
1) thin ca to glue up the parts of ply wood,,
2) no used gorilla glue for tubes(all i use)
3) a big YES!!!
4) no i use 'dr woodshop' walnut oil/carnalba/shellac with top wax of microcrystal wax
5) NICE, i think !!! hehe

ps see the plywood stylus from a couple of days ago,, THAT was wild!!
