Here are a couple that I've turned lately. One of them is my first segmenting attempt. It's simple, but I think it came out nicely. The wood is purple dyed maple burl and green dyed spalted maple, with lacewood between them. The other pen is two tone brown malle burl. Comments are welcome and appreciated!

Thanks for the compliments!

The brown malle burl is on an Olympian Elite 2/El Grande hybrid. When I turned the pen, it was supposed to be an El Grande. I had already turned a couple Olympians, but I didn't realize that the El Grande uses different bushings. As a result, most of the kit is an El Grande, but I had to steal the bottom piece of the cap from an Olympian Elite 2.
