A couple new ones

I haven't posted a pen in a while so I figured I'd show a couple recent ones.
The first one consists of Blood Wood, Black Dyed Curly Maple, Curly Maple. I call it "Harmony". It's a combination of curves and straight lines in contrasting colors. Yet they coexist on the same pen. Thus the name "Harmony".

This particular design was inspired by the outfit worn by the woman's ice-skater from Japan.
It was a very simple design but I really liked the overall look of it and besides that she won the gold.
Blood wood and curly maple Sierra.

Nice work, but I like the first one a bit better, probably because I like Jr. Statesmen better than Sierras. But, the Sierra is elegant in its simplicity.

Nice pens. I like the first one the best, but they're both nice. Now I get it what you were talking about with the laminated blanks. Sorry I missed the boat on that one. It would have been fun. I'm still working on some myself, but have to make sure they're not anything like yours. They're your babies.

Wow and wow! Great pens! I too like the Harmony pen the best. It would be nice to see a series of this design in various color combinations. [8D]

Great work as normal Ron, Very nice pens. I prefer the Sierra, it is very simple but very eye-catching.[]
