Tiger Myrtle turns as nicely as any wood I've ever used for a pen. No stabilization necessary - just smooth.

I'm wondering where I can get some more of this stuff. Those pens were for a friend who accompanied my kids at contest. He wanted pens instead of payment.

Roger,

I really like the wood in both of those pens, and I really like what you've done with them. I'm not all that fond of the CSUSA kit, for some reason, but that's just personal preference and in no way reflects the excellent work you did turning it into a pen.
