from my new Clicker mold

i purchased these components a long time ago but after attempting to drill 1 i shelved the rest of the sets for a rainy day, well the sun is out here and a pleasant 22 degrees so that didn't work but i think the pens came out pretty well

first is Gunmetal plated with Armour Plates, Crinkle and Green wire
second is Chrome plated with Armour Plates and Crinkle

the tube between is to show how much larger they look after casting and turning, the resin has pretty good magnification abilities

i received some new molds this week, i now have Clickers, Zens and Barons to go with the Cigars, Sieras, Bolt Actions and Slims. I think Secret Keyrings should also work with the Siera mold which i will try with the next wave of casting

thanks for looking, C&C welcome

Nice Clicks Mik,
Great idea to show the difference between finished Blank and the before Cast.
These are to your usual High Standard in the Fit and Finish.
While the wire wrap, is typically Australian outback, where anything and everthing was repaired with a piece of wood and some fencing wire. Nice tribute.
Whats next out of the Mik Bag of Tricks?
Looking forward,
Brian.

Thanks for the feedback Brian

these are one seriously long tube, they make a great canvas to allow multiple designs on the one pen

i still have a couple of ideas, but i am running out thats for sure

Beating up the components so they look rustic.

jjartwood has been doing it occasionally, so you would need to ask how he does it.

i am sure a wire wheel on the drill press would take care of that pretty easy and i have thought about it but i just can't bring myself to do it.... one day i might try it

thanks for the thoughts though mate
