Here's 2 mesquite pens I turned today. The first is an Emperor that is already sold to one of the Dr's where I work.

The second is something I've been wanting to try for some time. Inlaid some turquoise in the wormholes in some mesquite and uesd it on a Jr Gent II. Like to never found a piece of mesquite with holes that remained after rough turning. Luckly I have a large pile of mesquite BBQ wood.

Gotta work on my picture quality. It lacks a lot.

Both are beautiful! Cool that you sell to MD's. I work in a hospital and I find I sell more to staff....Physicians (for the most part) are CHEAP!

Cool looking pens... that Emperor looks great...

I can't tell about the inlayed turquoise .... I guess because the holes you had to fill were so large... hard to tell from the pic really...

What do you think about it?
