So at 3 this morning I went to the shop for the first time in a long while and looked for something to turn. Found some old prickly pear Jr. cactus blanks that I cast when I did shows and an older hand painted Mine sweeper Marine Emperor blank. Both were tubed and forgotten about in a drawer. Just needed something to take my mind off of the curves that life throws at us. Guess I still can turn.

I hope that whatever is troubling you resolves itself soon Roy.
But it's also nice to see that you haven't lost your touch.

Best wishes to you and Dee.

Both are beautiful, but that prickly pear is stunning! And yes, it's hard to sleep when faced with what you have on your plate. Having to trust, hope and wait is not always the path we would choose.

Be well.
