I just completed an order for a customer who wanted a custom pen branded with their corporate logo. Rather than engrave the pen, I had a die cast emblem made and affixed to the cap of the Cigar pen in place of the standard "hex nut". The pens are made from blue dyed curly maple from Constant at Lazerlinez.

Just curious... at what point did you wonder if you would ever get done with turning and finishing blue wood pens?

I'm not sure I'd want that size of an order. I did six pens from malachite last year for someone for Christmas and decided I didn't want to do production work any longer.

Awesome looking pens, and custom finial. This should blow your customer over. How long did this project take you?
