Well I have to try if the drill bit I got from Don Ward can drill corian for the pentel pencil, well he do drill corian with some care.

you can see at the nib the little white ring this is the mark of the machined 17/64 drill bit this part is very thin I know that from a good cause :D, Thanks for looking comments welcome

I bought the drill bit and promptly lost it, and with a sale hanging in the balance[B)][B)][B)].

I used Don's tutorial and made my own drill bits and they work great.


I was quite surprised at how fast you can turn this pen out since there are no tubes to glue, no ends to mill up. I love it!

I was going to say that a piece of that water main may make a good blank for this. Then I realized it would pretty much look like a stock Pentel, which would defeat the purpose.
