Corian pen

Completed one pen this weekend. Had some glue issues that put the others on hold. Pen is made from Corian with gun metal hardware.

Nice looking pen Marc. I cut my teeth on Corian. Have made a few 100 since I started about 2 1/2 yrs ago. If you cut it yourself try cutting it 1 " wide and sanding the top serface and gluing them together . That lets you use larger kits. I picked up a solid black that was taken out of someplace It had a 1 1/2 overhand on it that I cut off , ripped and got about 20 3/4+3/4 blanks of.. I cut strips 1/2 +1/2+30 " Bk & white that I plan on gluing together. 12 will give me a piece 6"wX 30 " long. Then I'll cut it in 1/2 ,flip it over and glue them F to F hoping to make a checkerboard winners pen. wish me luck

Make sure to sand your brass before gluing. I use med CA
