Here is a fountain pen that I made tonight. The cocobolo is from West Penn Hardwoods, the kit came from Exotic Blanks (Thanks for the fast service and the freebies)

Harold, I'm on a mobile connection and reception is poor and pics don't show up too well so I could be very wrong here. If so, then apologies in advance:wink:

From what I can see, it appears that the body blank is the wrong way around compared to the little trim rings. I'm sure you know that one is slightly bigger than the other and the thicker one goes towards the nib.
This could be just the photo and my connection though:redface:

In one pic, it looks like the little black finial cap is about to fall out.

But I do love the wood and the finish:biggrin:
