I really like the Long Clicker, but the transition to the tip is challenging to turn. You need to be within 0.001 or its really noticeable. It looks like you got it right on, very nice looking pen!

You are correct on the fit. I turn it a little undersized on wood ones. Then I do a CA finish till it is oversized then sand it back down to the right size using calipers. Have to be a little more careful with the acrylics since I don't CA finish them. Thanks for the compliment.
