I just finished this one. A Black Ti Zen wrapped in Yew Burl from Ernie. Sanded to 600, 8 coats of BLO/CA and finished on the Beale wheels.

Did you hide a piece of steel in the end for the magnetic cap:biggrin:

I made a few closed end zens last year and actually had a client complain that there was not place for the cap.....can't keep em all happ\y

Dick, I really like this pen. I personally like the shaping you did on the closed end. Instead of the normal round on the end like I see a lot, you shaped it nicely. I think that makes the pen stand out even more. Great looking pen all around.

Hmmmm. You've got my wheels turning now. I like it. I'm going to try doing this with my lanyard version and see how that works out. Thanks for showing it. That's a great piece of wood.
