I love it...can you make it 5 times fatter too ? I'd love it to be twice as long and 5 times fatter, with a happy face and a big clown nose in it. And I'm not kidding !!! [:D]

A friend and I were talking the other day about churchill pens and of course Churchill with his cigar and were thinking big thoughts about rediculously big pens.

Hi Ed,

Great Pen and process, I liked watching your video.


I had tried to make one like this just about a year ago, this is the pen I made. This pen was a special one made for A young Lady with CP.

My problem was not knowing how to get the nickel part pressed into the top of the tube, your process was perfect.
