Jeremy, I'm not a big fan of the closed end pens with larger ends like this...but that is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful pieces of wood I've seen!!! The finish looks flawless!

That is a great looking piece of wood but I also have to agree about the end being too large. It seems out of proportion to the rest of the body.

Don't knock it if you haven't held it. I think it showcases the wood and it probally feels great in the hand.[:)]

Great finish BTW. I am curious, what did you use.

Also, in general who long did it take to craft this pen from start to finish?
